Prices
The prices displayed on C&A homewares website are wholesale prices, excluding GST and freight, A Trade Account for non-retail purchases of products may attract a charge of 20% or more on advertised prices..
Minimum Order
The minimum order value is $400 (ex GST), During peak season including Nov , Dec is $600.00$400 (ex GST),
For individual product minimums please refer to the website as packaging quantities change for each item. C&A Homewares reserves the right to change our product order minimums in accordance with the packaging quantities they are supplied in. Due to packaging restrictions, we are unable to sell products below the advertised minimums. Doing so, may incur a charge of 20% on top of the handling cost for the entire order.
Order Processing Times
Processing times vary throughout the year. During our busy periods (which include periods around Trade Fairs – February and August) processing can take up to 5 days depending on stock availability. During other times it can take 3-4 business days, while large items like furniture may require an additional 1-2 more business days on top of this. We always endeavor to keep processing times to a minimum.
Freight
Freight calculations are based on the cubic size, weight, and destination of the order. For standard orders, the minimum freight charge is $30 for deliveries to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia. However, for standard orders destined for the Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Western Australia, the minimum freight charge is $60.
Large items like furniture and rugs, mirror and wall arts as well as fragile items may require specialist freight services that attract a higher fee.
Use Of Own Courier
Freighting costs for goods picked up by your own courier are strictly your own responsibility and must be paid to your own courier of choice.
C&A Homewares claims no liability for loss of, or damage to products picked up by your own courier, failure to deliver or delay in delivery of goods, and or extra charges due to incorrect delivery details.
Dispatch & Delivery
We deliver national wide and handling times vary according to your location. Delays may occur during peak periods. Upon dispatch, we will email you your invoice and consignment note. Tracking can be provided on request.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and cannot be delivered to PO boxes. If you are not available to receive the delivery in person, the order will be returned to your local courier's depot, unless you have authorized an 'Authority To Leave'. In the event that you cancel your order and the goods need to be unpacked, a small fee of 5% of the total order may be applied.
If you require a pallet jack or tailgate lift to unload your goods on arrival, this will attract a fee charged by the courier company and a request must be made before freight charges are provided or goods are dispatched.
If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse. Once your order is packed and ready, we will notify you and you may collect it from Wetherill Park, NSW.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit card or direct deposit.
We charge credit cards at the time of shipping, rather than at the time of ordering. This ensures that you are only charged for items that are actually dispatched to you, as our stock levels are constantly changing. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. American Express is also accepted, but a 2% surcharge will be applied to the total order value.
New customers are initially set up as proforma customers. Please note that any changes to ownership or address must be notified to us within 7 days to ensure that our records are up to date.
Credit Claims, Refunds and Returns
Any visible damages or shortages should be marked immediately on the delivery note and advised by emailing [email protected].
C&A Homewares currently does not offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind to any orders.
If items are incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days with the item information and photographic proof to [email protected]. Damaged items during freight must be notified to the delivering courier service before signing and accepting the goods and notifying us at [email protected].
To initiate a claim, credit, or return, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing the invoice number and reason for the request. All returns must be pre-approved by C&A Homewares and goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that clearance items are sold as is and are only eligible for credit if significantly damaged during transit.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement or repair option before issuing a refund. If a refund is not possible, we may offer credit instead.
If an item is authorized for disposal, it is the customer's responsibility to dispose of it properly.
Approved credits will be applied to your future orders. To facilitate the credit claim process, please inform us beforehand.
Products and Availability
Our website is updated daily to reflect the latest availability of our products. If an item is on preorder, the expected arrival date is listed on the product page. You can place orders for preorder items, and we will dispatch them as soon as they arrive, unless you instruct us otherwise. For proforma customers, we will contact you to arrange payment before shipping.
Please note that some items may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand or supplier disruptions. We strive to keep our website up to date, but in some cases, stock may be committed to other customers before we can update our inventory.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. Please note that due to monitor discrepancies, products may vary slightly to what is displayed on our website
Product Showroom
Our fully displayed showroom is located at our business address, the same place as our office and warehouse.
Welcome to visit by appointment on weekdays between 9AM-5 PM
Wholesale
We do not supply directly to the public. Customers must have an existing storefront/registered business and/or registered domain name in order to be approved for wholesale access. We do not supply goods to be sold on social media or market stalls.
Customer accounts may be suspended if no orders are placed for a period of 12 months for security reasons.
